Hey lovely! There are no returns or refunds available. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct. I am not able to refund if you misspelled or wrote down the wrong address. If your package did not get to you please let me know within a month after it was shipped (you will get a notification when it ships). If you contact me after a month of packaged being shipped, I will not be able to send a new order or refund you.
